We are one of the principal manufacturers and suppliers of wellpoint dewatering system, which is recognized as one of the versatile pre-drainage methods. These wellpoint dewatering system have the ability to pump a few gallons per minute in fine sandy silts or many thousands of gallons per minute in coarse sands and gravels. The open dewatering system consists of a number of wellpoints that are spaced along a trench or around an excavation site and all points connected to a common header. Further, these headers are attached to one or more wellpoint pumps that enable effective pumping operation. Our wellpoint dewatering system are ideal and work well in shallow aquifers where the water level should not be less than 15 or 20 feet.

Apart from manufacturing these systems, we even undertake their installation at client’s site. Our experts fabricate the components and parts in-house only and later assemble them at the proposed site. While handling the design of WellPoint system and for their successful installation, we consider following concerns and physical conditions of the site:

• Adjacent areas

These deep well eductor are used in areas, where soil has low permeability and are especially ideal for deep excavations with stratified soils. Moreover, these deep well eductor, are installed at relatively close spacing, but require only a single stage to affect draw downs of up to 100 + feet. The Eductor System manufactured by us are activated by single pumping station and this varies according to the volumes of water to be pumped and the lift required. Generally, the water, which can be pumped by each system are low and typically less than 200 g/pm.

Some of the advantages of our deep well eductor are:

• These systems do not have any sort of vacuum limitation as found in wellpoint systems
• Can lower water table as much as 100+ feet from the top of excavation level
• These systems are cost effective when compared to other systems where close spacing is necessary owing to stratification and or low permeability of the soil
• Effective in attaining soil stabilization by applying a high vacuum to fine grained soils
• Requires low maintenance
